Problem Description

Please be specific as the work may be done while you are not home. Examples would be explaining which bathroom (upstairs or downstairs), something is not working (we need to know if there is no power at all), something is making a funny noise, etc.. The more information you can give us, the faster we will get the problem corrected.

If it is an emergency (ie: a water leak causing damage if not attended to immediately), first please call the office at (843)577-7450. If you do not get an immediate answer, leave a message on the voice mail. You can email this form as well. If it is an emergency, where damage is occurring, and you have not been contacted within 30 minutes, please call an appropriate repairman to stop any further damage. (Example: Roto Rooter)
