St. Philip Square, St. Philip Square, Peninsula
St. Philip Square is a group of five charleston single house, plus a single family house, that are all next to each other, within the same block. They were restored and renovated as a group in order to offer a more community based atmosphere. The Charleston Single Houses all date back to the 1800's and have been beautifully restored and renovated. They have received awards for the excellence in preservation though the Historic Society and the coveted Carolopolis Award.
We also maximized the land between the houses to offer parking for those tenants that would be interested in renting a space. We offer security lighting, towing, and video survailence in the lot. The lot can only be accessed from the private entrance and exit between the houses
The entire area is rented to College of Charleston students and young professionals. It is a great area for students and professionals to meet that have similar interests. Students walk together to class and often make lifelong friends here. Our office is in St. Philip Square and someone is always near if our tenants need anything. We have maintenance that is available if something needs repair.
We specialize in catering to the student and young professional as their needs are sometimes different than the seasoned apartment renter. We are here to help and happy to lend a hand when needed.
